It must be 7-8 months that I have started to eat breakfast. I never liked breakfast and never felt like eating, unless I was in nice hotels with lots of colorful and tasteful things. My doctor told me that I must eat breakfast and he suggested me to eat a high-fible cereal. Since I cared so much for my weight I automatically chose Nestle Fitness cereal. It is good for body shape and it is the best in marked. I eat it with extra light milk. Very tasty :)
There are some other things that I take with my breakfast such as Acai Max, Vitamins, Betakaroten, Calcium+K+D, Omega 369. Yea I take these everyday!
